This original acrylic painting depicts Mt Rainier from Reflection Lake in Washington State. I visited this lake several times during my week long trip, and didn't get the chance to witness both Mt Rainier and the reflection of Mt Rainier due to clouds, wind, or both. Although it was windy in this scene, the ripples on the water beautifully reflected bits of colors from the forest, mountain, and sky.
This painting was completed using a palette knife on canvas panel. Professional grade heavy body acrylic paints were used. The painting comes with a certificate of authenticity. It is framed and ready to display when you receive it!
